1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the product delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or dislike after use.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your Order ID, contact number, and clear photos/video of:

    • The product,

    • The issue (damage/defect/wrong item),

    • Package and label.

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.


3. Refund Approval & Method

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued through:

    • Bank Transfer, UPI, or any method acceptable to you.

Please note:
Shipping or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Replacement Policy

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • The item delivered was broken, defective, or incorrect.

  • Stock for the product is available.

If replacement stock is not available, a full refund will be issued.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 6 hours after placing the order.

  • The order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

If the customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, the shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on bank processing.
