1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 5–9 business days, depending on your pincode and courier availability.

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

  • Delays due to weather, festivals, or courier issues are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on promotions or order value.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be shown clearly at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

  • A tracking link via SMS or email

You can track your order anytime until delivery.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for failed deliveries if:

  • The provided address is incomplete or incorrect

  • The customer is unavailable at the time of delivery

  • The customer does not respond to courier calls

In such cases, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.


6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship only within India.


7. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos of the issue

We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policies.
